Payment

You may pay with your Card online or choose Credit Card or Debit Card payment on physical visit to the Aster Al Raffah hospital

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this asteroman.com shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a User of this asteroman.com and are not allowed to transact or use the asteroman.com
  • If you make a payment for our services on our asteroman.com, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and asteroman.com policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in Omani rial
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds

  • All services of the hospital are subject to the terms of the Aster Al Raffah hospital.
  • Refund will be allowed only for patients having correct Transaction ID, Appointment number and Patient ID
  • Patients have the right to cancel the reserved appointment which is a maximum of (1) day (24hours) before appointment time.
  • In the case of cancelation, the amount will be refunded to the customer in his bank account within five working days. The refund will not be issued in cash.

Cancellation by asteroman.com

Please note that there may be certain requests that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any request for any reason. Some situations that may result in your request being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in service or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple requests. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any request. We will contact you if all or any portion of your request is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your request. If your request is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the request has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the request and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel requests that have already been processed. asteroman.com has the full right to decide whether a request has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by asteroman.com and accept asteroman.com decision regarding the cancellation.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on asteroman.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to asteroman.com. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by asteroman.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court request. asteroman.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

asteroman.com reserves the right to recover the cost of services, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. asteroman.com reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
