Currently serve as a Senior Consultant and the Head of Surgical Departments at Nizwa Hospital , specializing in Upper GI Surgery. My clinical foundation includes specialized training as a Fellow in Upper GI and Bariatric Surgery at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Birmingham, UK.To help support a wider community of patients, I also extend my practice as a Visiting Consultant at both Aster Hospital and Shifa Hospital.Beyond my daily clinical work, I am deeply committed to medical education and patient safety. I serve as a trainer for the Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB) and sit on both their education and examination committees to help guide upcoming surgeons. Locally, I chair the OT users committee and actively participate in several hospital quality improvement committees to ensure we are consistently delivering the best possible care.
