Dr. Hiba Hammad

I am a medical practitioner with graduate degree in medicine and a passion for patient care. I have 13 yrs of experience working as general practitioner in notable government tertiary care- Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and NGO based Al Khidmat hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. I am now working in Oman since 2015 with Al Raazi hospital and currently employed at Aster hospital.

I was born and brought up in Oman, later I persued my medical education at Karachi Medical & Dental university. During my medical years I have gained distinctions in various subjects like Anatomy, biochemistry, and community medicine. I had a particular interest in Anatomy during my medical years. I would have persued Anatomy as professional career if I weren’t in general practice.

My relaxing pursuits are traveling with my family and experiencing different countries and landscapes, socializing with friends. I am very fond of reading and painting.

I believe my decision to opt medicine as a career is strongly linked to my belief to spread kindness, positivity and take good care of people around me, making some difference in their lives everyday.
