I am an Internal Medicine Consultant with extensive experience in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical illnesses across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and critical care settings. My clinical practice includes the management of complex multi-system conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, sepsis, respiratory failure, acute coronary syndromes, stroke, electrolyte disturbances, renal dysfunction, and other medically complicated cases. I am experienced in clinical decision-making, risk stratification, coordination of care, and guiding evidence-based treatment plans for medically complex patients. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. I also have a strong interest in teaching, clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement, and I value clear communication, professionalism, and a calm approach in high-pressure situations.

• Acute and chronic medical care: sepsis, DKA, stroke, ACS, hypertensive emergencies • Procedural skills: airway management, arterial and venous cannulation, central lines, lumbar puncture, arterial lines, ICD insertion • Ventilatory support: NIV and invasive ventilation; ABG interpretation • Diagnostic skills: ECG interpretation; X-ray chest, CT thorax/brain interpretation • Clinical governance: mortality–morbidity meetings, death audits, quality improvement • Medical education: bedside and didactic teaching for MBBS and MD; case discussions and seminars
